My wife left her Airpods in a Q Suite armrest a couple of weeks ago NRT-DOH.
Initially tried to fill in the online lost and found form at https://haqiba.qatarairways.com.qa/ReportInquiry but at the last click it said they couldn't process and advised email details to: [email protected] which I did.
Took two emails initially Sunday and Tuesday, then got a response from an agent on Tuesday asking for more details and any location screen shot we might have (location is showing as in the airport terminal) which I sent them.
Now had no further response since last Tue 12th Dec. Have sent three more follow up emails, no response.

Is there another suggested way to contact the lost property department, maybe a phone number or so which may at least give us a response.
