I've never done this sort of thing so was a bit scared of ending up with 2 charges/bookings.

I still don't like QR's site, even when logged in you can't see your bookings without entering the PNR/name/otp again.

but it worked, used Avios and did a cancel request. saved a few hundred !!
I'm traveling for some sad family news, so don't really feel like it, but considering booking a lounge with money saved.
