Would need to spend a night in Dublin so spending it in LHR instead wouldn’t be a problem. I have a very early flight booked from DUB-BHX but it was about £40 so could potentially cancel that and get the tax back then rebook to a later one. Just curious as to how they’ve cancelled it and not bothered to contact me.
I've had emails for my BA tickets for my flights that are delayed. If the ticket is with AA then they are famous for not contacting people for a long time.
