Its a little tedious at the beginning with having to prove your identity. But once you get through they are helpful. Alos note, its slow, as I suspect the agent is juggling multiple cases at once. So once you reply to a message, its 5 to 10 mins before they respond.
When I tried it last they took 5 to 20 hours to write a reply, and then I had 5 minutes to respond before the agent force closed a call and I had to start the authentication process again.

Lucky you. Whatsapp Web has been banned from many HK corporate desktops and government is following suit.
