I was watching Youtube reviews of DL's Premium Select service on various longhaul flights. On one (MSP-ICN), PS pax received basically the equivalent of a full meal service on domestic first class on proper crockery. On another flight (CDG-SLC) PS pax received basically the same meal as Economy, but with metal flatware and drinks in glasses. Both flights were earlier this year. What gives?? Which is it??
