My husband and I did a salsa cooking class at Flora Farms earlier this year and had a total blast! They served us a ton of food for lunch (fish tacos) and distributed boxes for participants to take home the ample leftovers. The class also included a farm tour and self-serve coffee with pastries before the tour. Highly recommend! If the class shows as fully booked, email them and they'll put you on a waitlist and/or let you know if they open up another class.

We had dinner at Acre on the same trip. Perhaps we hit them on a really off night, but the very expensive cocktails were only meh (I think my husband's cocktail was almost $50 USD!), and our pricey dinner was very mediocre. We enjoyed our dinner at El Huerto far more. YMMV.

Also another data point for those that are interested in using an expiring Aspire resort credit. We have a 4N stay in February 2025 (booked with 2FNA + points) which will be our fourth stay at this property. I called in-house Reservations yesterday and was told I couldn't pre-pay anything towards our incidentals/F&B. Today I called the Front Desk and was told they'd only accept payments up to a month out which seems to conflict with the 2-month window I read on a Reddit thread. Again, YMMV.
