Easy peasy
IIRC the minimum connect time is about 30 minutes, UA schedules are padded so you will probably arrive ahead of time. Easy even if you arrive late (well, not too late).
Just follow the directions to SkyWay (obviously not SubWay which is outside of security in the basement and much harder to find with next to no signage).
IAH is quite easy to navigate, though like most large airports the terminals can involve some (quite a bit for some) walking.
