Where and when can the general public see anything about the MAXes going to Rouge etc.? I can't see that in any of the PDFs

I guess unlike the Dash 8, the CRJ is a completely dead product and MHI RJ doesn't really care about the branding since they are not selling any new planes, the Bombardier name lives on. They are happy (maybe not very happy) about servicing Bombardier branded products as an OEM.
I don't understand why they wouldn't be building more CR9s - who else is making regional jets that align with the North American capacity restrictions?
