Which route/airline did you book and which class?
LH MUC-IAD in C (I)

How many pax and how many award miles?
1pax, 2 eVouchers to upgrade from paid ECO (S).

How many days/weeks/months did you book in advance?
Flight booked today, upgrade cleared instantly via the SEN hotline. Flight in 228 days, peak summer travel, first day of school vacations

Have you been able to book your preferred dates of travel?
Yes

Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)?
Yes.

How often did you have to check/call until you got the seats?
The first time all confirmed. I saw C (I) award space available on M&M, so the agent was able to confirm the upgrade immediately.
