If I'm reading correctly, it's a higher price for out-of-county visitors.
Could someone explain the rationale behind charging less for a local person? The local person could visit multiple times, but the visitor from far away will probably visit only once or twice, yet the visitor from far away is asked to pay more. This would seem to discourage out-of-state people from becoming members.
