I suspect that is wishful thinking, but it does explain why the aircraft equipment signage on BA has Spanish as a second language, when I suspect there are more Welsh speaking customers on BA.
I like this bilingualism because it always reminds me that I’m flying with a Spanish company
I’d disagree with the Welsh comparison though. On any given BA flight I’m sure, on average, there are a lot more Spanish than Welsh speakers.
