AA "system is having trouble" Setting Up FF Account?
What it says on the tin. I've got an employee trying to set up an AAdvantage account and we keep getting an error message claiming that the AA system is currently having trouble and asking us to try again later. Any idea what's up with this (or why it has persisted for a week now)? We've tried registering on two separate computers (as well as on my phone, which isn't on the company system).
