STAY FAR AWAY, it switched brands on 12/10 and it shouldnt have taken in guests. Its still in transition and feels it. Even worse no email informing us of the change only pro they keep our res which was for 31K in pts which is now 60K. Cons too many to name but even as Diamonds no upgrade plenty of rooms available got the smallest room faces the wall of the parking garage so even at 2pm open the curtains you think its 10pm! No desk just a small table with a lamp,coffee maker and ice bucket etc on it, to use my laptop and write notes had to put everything but the lamp on the floor. No place to even put a carry-on other then the floor eventually they brought us a bag rack
