Slightly off topic but I didn’t feel like starting a new thread.

Has anyone been downgraded due to an equipment swap? I’m sure it happens. On the MSY-DFW flight I’m about to board, the aircraft was swapped overnight and now has 8 F seats whereas it had been 12. My seat survived — they did move me from an aisle to a window, but I was able to move back, albeit in the bulkhead — but there must be some unhappy passengers.
