Programs: AA EXP 2.9MM.. Hilton Diamond, IHG ambassador, other hotel programmes got status

now dont get me wrong.. love the diminishing perks that status brings when traveling.. but there has to be a point as to where
I just say AA.. please, have a more realistic vision on LT status..
I can not going to ever ever reach 4 MM.. it was enough work at being almost 3 MM .. and with no added benefit of reaching that level
maybe I should consider other travel options..maybe AA hasnt really thought this through
