The longstanding Lanson Black Label Brut has been enhanced to Laurent Perrier Brut La Cuvee. Not bad, but I preferred the Lanson.

EDIT: ordered the avocado toast from the breakfast menu (substituted scrambled for poached and dropped the pickled onion). Tasty, but you have to look really close to find evidence of avocado.
