Waiting to hear someone ask whether they can traverse a non-TWOV region to get from one TWOV region to another. E.g., can they take the train or bus to get from Nanchang to Jingdezhen?

The best part of the change is that it removes the requirement that the departure and arrival ports must be in the same region. For me, Wenzhou has been added to entry port so that I can fly US-HKG-WNZ-ICN-US, without fast-speed train trips (to either HGH, NGB or PVG).
