IHG representatives/employees, are you reading this?

Points.com systems are over-zealous and block login for no reason, like then trying to log in at a hotel or airport lounge. Or not connecting well with Chase IHG Rewards card.

This is an inconvenience and prevents IHG from doing a lot of business/points sales.
