However, it's not clear at what ratio and it's even less clear what will happen with status. Right now, the two programs are not compatible when it comes to Diamond. I'm still continuing to requalify for OZ *G because it's the easiest for me, especially with an OZ credit card and I don't really have a viable alternative. I'm just crossing my fingers that the miles will convert at an attractive ratio and I'll then be a decent way on track for STE+.
ah so you mean its a risk, yes that I agree with you. I am almost half way to LT and might hit it within 4 years if there are not changes to KE's and OZ's LT threshold so I thought I would continue to work on it.
I thus panicked when you mentioned it was " too late" and thought there was some announcement that LT status would be off the table / no longer achievable again
