I wonder why people put prices in dollars for reviews....

Some Tabelog reviews suggest that Hajime is something of a "hidden gem". That might have something to do with people's low expectations for an unfashionable neighborhood, but a place that charges around 20,000 JPY per person needs to be of a certain standard, regardless of its location. (Or perhaps it needs to be better to charge that price in a down-market area). So there's a fair chance that you'll feel that you're getting your money's worth. Whether it blows your socks off is another matter.
