small rant -
one of my colleagues requested to the airline, in July 2024, for a few tax receipts for some bookings made using the company's Business Plus account.
it's Dec 2024 and the best that they come up with is that they have spared no efforts and to remain patient.

is it that difficult to generate some tax receipts?
is my colleague being overly demanding, or is the team / airline just being sloppy?
