The Birria was spectacular, tons of flavor without being aggressively salty. It's up there as one of the best meals I've had on a plane. Ice cream was Gingerbread Snickerdoodle.
I know it's a meal thread — but the crew was fantastic, PDBs, glass never went more than half empty, multiple snack rounds after ice cream.
I loved the birria. It was very tasty. I think I tasted plantains as well? Really flavorful and the right amount of food. It is also gluten free which as a celiac I appreciate. I was not offered ice cream only a cookie which I unable to eat.
