Technically if it's not AA Flagship First, EXP has access only on "Flights with seats ticketed as Flagship®" (see https://www.aa.com/i18n/plan-travel/...t-check-in.jsp). That may in practice sometimes allow access when connecting to QR or IB... but it's not unreasonable to read the website as limiting access to those on AA-operated flights.
