Now it’s showing $1000, so it’s lost the 20% discount there is supposed to be for having the Chase card. Point purchase amounts are subject to change by IHG One Rewards. Upon completion of the points purchase, the total discounted price will be immediately charged to your credit card, and points purchases are non-refundable.
It’s possible that the $800 showing on your end already reflects the 20% discount, as the Terms & Conditions state that point purchase amounts are subject to change.
To assist further, could you kindly provide a screenshot of your previous purchase attempt for comparison? This would allow me to escalate your case to our Technical Team with more evidence for review.
