I called Citi...and after transferring me around it appears that they do not have the ability to tell me if I got a Citi Premier Bonus in the last 48 months as they do not have access to closed accounts over 2 years old.

I think I had a Citi Premier in 2020....I think I closed it sometime between 2021-2022. I can't find any records of me having it, though.

How am I able to find out if I qualify for the Citi Strata 75k SUB if Citi doesn't have access to closed accounts????
