Is there any update on the rollout to the 787-8s and remaining 787-9s?

Did I imagine that some -8s briefly starting going to Victorville for fitment or at least some preparation for fitment?

Crazy that they've already reached their first refurbishment from which they're returning still with no Wi-Fi.
