hello thank you much for the detailed response. These are the BINS: 4358-80 for the silver VISA variable gc from ODOM. 4034-46 for the gold VISA variable gc from ODOM. Also I’ve only loaded $125 total for the year.
According to my crib sheet, both of those BINs are still working at FD, and I've heard no chatter to the contrary. Which would be pretty big news if they were being blocked.
Check both cards online and make sure there's money on them.
Try resetting the PIN.
Make sure the cashiers are scanning the yellow card (sometimes they think you're trying to load to CashApp, which is a different card).
Make sure you can log into your Bluebird account (it's not locked).
Finally, stores have an hourly load limit of $500, so if someone came in just before you and did a load, you may be blocked. Although, I doubt that happened to you three times, and I am almost positive the error message for that is different than the one you're getting.
Other than that, I don't know what else to tell you.
