Just to confirm what others have written above about how easy this is (normally): I had booked MDE-PTY on CM and noticed that I had been charged the timbre. At the check-in desk at MDE, the check-in agent took photos of my passport and entry stamp, had me sign a piece of paper and handed over the refund in cash in COP. It all took a few minutes.
