Despite nearly 12 months my nights hotel stay has still not been added to my profile at GHA Discovery.As i was a Titanium member it was crucial this hotel night was added to my account to retain the Titanium level.Sadly despite submitting my hotel invoice several times in December,January and later on.It was not until October 2024 that i received an email to say that there had been some confusion and error and that i had submitted my hotel invoice within the required time frame.I am posting this as i still have not been reinstated to Titanium and at the end of December i will be put down a tier again.I have put off booking any hotels in the hope this matter would becswiftly resolved! I today contacted the hotel i had stayed at to ask their help and they confirmed my past reservation.As a loyalty programme it no longer inspires me to stay at their hotels.Tired of emailing Discovery they used to be so good.
