If not, try resetting your PIN on the VGCs. Some cards (I forget which is which because we all just do the last four digits), the PIN is not actually the last four digits, you set the PIN to whatever you want on your first purchase. So, if you fat finger it the first time, you mess it up for good. Although, I find it hard to believe you managed to do this on two cards.

Kind of hard to help if you don't provide the BINs (first 6 digits of your VGC).

It may be a regional thing, for example, I know for sure that BINs 409758 and 411810 are blocked at all 5 of my local FDs. Been that way for about six months now. I talk to people from other parts of the country and some say they're also blocked for them, some say BAU. Although, I get a different error message than what you're seeing.

Anyway, pretty sure "Tender Not Allowed" means incorrect PIN.
