We flew IB in business from MAD-NCE earlier in the summer and were very impressed. The aircraft was brand new; the food was good; and the service very friendly. Most impressive was that the crew recognised that I am OWE and told me that my choice of meal would be prioritised. That has never happened to me on BA.
