It's sort of implied that PS is higher than FC, but I wouldn't count on it. Aside from that, JFK-LAX PS fares have a non-stop routing requirement and online SDC always seems to follow fare routing rules (I've only seen system ignore them in IROPs rebooking cases). You could try agent roulette.
