In the olden days you used to be able to write to BA using a form on the web but for the life of me I can't seem to find it. All I can find in the help centre is pre-prepared replies which are of limited use. I've had some news which has changed my travel plans which is quite specific and needs to be explained in a bit of detail.
Does anyone know how to do this? It used to be the case that phone numbers were removed but now any way of contacting BA has been removed.
