This is correct. I arrived 2.5 days late and eventually to a different airport (DMK vs. BKK). Hertz was incredibly accommodating regarding my initial reservation and rolling delays. After it got over 1 day delay, they said they couldn't hold it anymore...totally understandable. My issue with Hertz is that they couldn't find my 2nd reservation at the new (DMK) airport. I made the new reservation 28-Nov-2024 to begin 29-Nov-2024. Received immediate emailed confirmation from Hertz 28-Nov-2024. Showed up 30 minutes early 29-Nov-2024 and Hertz Thailand could find the reservation.

New tire ended up costing me 4,800 THB (including 7% VAT).
