online upgrade offers can appear anytine from 14 days before departure
if offered it could be either leg or even both. During the 14 days it could change. Its all down to availability. In terms of cost, usually very bad value. On dub dob cpt, the online offer to upgrade doh cpt could easily be the same as the difference to book dub doh cpt in business was at the time of booking
