Yeah, the app is buggy, especially once anything happens to the ticket like an upgrade or a change. I had the same issue yesterday; my last leg of a multi-city itinerary purchased with cash + various left over credits, ruc attempted x 2 legs without success, and a FCM offer on one leg (no comfort available and only back of plane seats vs <$50 for F). The app choked on this leg and it wouldn’t show my boarding pass on an earlier SFO-ATL leg where I was on the standby list for the RUC.

Re AA, it does look like they’re more liberal and perhaps less expensive than DL. 🤷‍♂️
