Vanishing Missing Avios/TP Claim
I claimed for missing TP/Avios for a flight from CPT-DOH on QR, booked on a 157 ticket, the second leg from DOH appeared by COP on the date of the flight all on the same PNR. I waited 1-week before placing the claim, got a confirmation email that the claim has been submitted and it showed up on account as pending partner claim.
After a week I checked, and it stated I had no pending claims, so submitted the claim again, got the email and it was showing as pending in my account. Today it has vanished again, and the TP and Avios are still outstanding.
Is this a foible of BA's investment in IT, a known 'feature' or should I try to make the claim by some other means, if so, how?
