Best way to get hold of a human who can do something?
I need to change the last flight of my ticket. It leaves 9am tomorrow. I tried at Melbourne when I checked in, no ticketing function. I tried at HKIA when I landed, NO TICKETING DESK any more. So I rang up.... nothing they can do until tomorrow because I have not flown the 3rd sector yet (obviously I have since I am in HK now). I will no show the flight if I wait for that and I dont want to. Im diamond....are there ANY phone lines left which have people who can fix stuff?
