I had requested early reset on 07 Dec. It was wishful thinking to believe that it would happen within 1 day! It is now 14 Dec, and my account has still not reset. During this week, I have already had three flights, and will have another one tomorrow.
It is now 16 Dec, and still no reset. I called in again, and the Agent could see that the reset request has been submitted in the system, and is still under processing. He told me to wait patiently. I just told the Agent not to promise the reset would be done in 24 hours, if it could not be done!
