I’m reaching out for advice and to see if anyone else has experienced this issue. I booked a car rental through Delta Travel Extras under the MQD earning promotion earlier this year, but after more than 5 months, Delta has still not credited the MQDs to my SkyMiles account.



Promotion Details

• Promotion Period: Bookings made May 13, 2024 – June 24, 2024, for travel through September 8, 2024.

• Earning Terms: 1 MQD per $1 spent on the base rental rate.

• Platform: Delta Travel Extras (www.travelextras-delta.com).





Efforts to Resolve

• I first submitted a complaint to Delta in August and again in September

• I’ve called Delta multiple times and emailed their support without receiving any resolution. Each time, I’m told they’re looking into it, but I get no follow-up.



Promotion Violation



The terms clearly state that MQDs will post within 8 weeks of the rental’s completion. I have complied with all requirements of the promotion, yet Delta is not honoring its terms.



Has anyone else encountered similar delays or issues with MQDs on Delta Travel Extras bookings? Any advice on how to escalate this further would be much appreciated. I’ve already filed complaints with BBB, and I’m considering taking this to the DOT if Delta refuses to honor the promotion.
