Not much time "lost" to be honest, I work quite efficiently on a plane as an analyst and like that white noise. It only affects meeting scheduling for work, but I hate meetings anyway and schedule so few of them. I think surviving on lounge/club food is the bigger sacrifice lol. I really can't justify the $ at 3.6ish cpm, the ROI is maybe 3-4% annual for LT Gold assuming no devaluation in the future, and that's best case. Might as well invest that in the S&P and buy E+ subscription off the dividends lol.
I like the chase of a million miles, and I've learnt so much about flying around, estimating connection times at lots of airports, and finding good fares, that I've become the go-to guy for IRROPS handling and fare search in the social circle. I probably wouldn't have friends if they knew I did MRs though, except the folks here on Flyertalk...
ContinentalFan and I did a couple together lol

Somehow UA also allowed that roundtrip on one ticket without auto higher fare code remapping.
The seatback monitor connection guide showing the only connection for the EWR to PHX leg (late night arrival): PHX to EWR (redeye). I assume I was the only one making that "connection"

Lots of ticketing shenanigans with United taxes calculation when you do turnarounds or chain turnarounds. Never really found how/why. 2.66 cpm is amazing, I'm jealous. I think my best ever was 2.93 cpm on ORD SJU round trips. Please keep me posted if you find PHX runs, those are worth their weight in gold and involve red-eyes which I love.
