I booked a business award FRA-IAD with an IAD-DEN leg in XN economy. I have done this waitlist one time before but through reading the last 5 pages of this, it seems I'm wasting my time these days trying to get added to the waitlist for I space. I just spoke to a rep and supervisor who both told me I'd need to pay to be moved to business, even though I made it clear I'm wait listing for I, not upgrading. I'm abroad so even calling UA is costing me money. Do I keep trying? I'm UA silver so already my upgrade chance is about 0.1% on IAD-DEN.
