Per Hyatt policy? No, this would not be allowed.

In practice if one was attempting to circumvent Hyatt’s policy -

Book 3 nights on points, apply CAA, then after CAA is applied go online make another reservation for the last night using the Free Night Certificate.

This would have the greatest chance of success, but again it is against Hyatt’s policies.
