The correct procedure is what "oliver 2002" mentioned. The M&M will, once the claim is submitted, contacte the operating airline for confirmation. It is they who add the miles, and M&M post them. Sometimes the booking class on original carrier is different from the one shown on the ticket, that could be the reason that your claim could be rejected. The missing miles' claim normally takes several weeks. DOn't pay attention to rejected claims. If you haven't heard from them and your flights have not posted after one month, send them an email (through M&M app or web - contact - other) and explain the situation, attaching the ticket receipt. They will eventually add it manualy. Hope this helps.
