Pros:

• Upgraded to a Corner Suite - lovely full suite with great views
• Bed is comfortable - plush mattress (though, you do feel the surface pattern), plush pillows, plush covers
• Shower pressure is fantastic and strong
• Comfortable living room couch
• Welcome gift of some local rice crackers
• Diamond happy hour from 4:30 to 6 - selected cocktail and mocktail were both decent - 2 drinks free
• Staff was very friendly
• Given a souvenir packet of spice at checkout

Neutral:

• Was able to get 1 PM late checkout, but no later
• Breakfast doesn’t have scrambled eggs on buffet, so you have to use your 1 a la carte dish allowance to get eggs - only foods on buffet that were “yum” were potatoes au gratin and grilled fish - not a fan of bacon or croissants here - staff was nice, though

Thanks for the advice! Great pics, the hotel looks wonderful. I am awaiting a response from the Conrad about switching my dates back 1 day, if they can’t do it then I will see if they’ll let me cancel and book at the Canopy
