A valid passport and an onward ticket are the only two mandatory documents. Having a hotel booked in advance might make the process a little smoother for you, but that's not strictly required.
If I'm flying US-YYZ-HND-PVG on one ticket, then 14 hours later flying PVG-FRA-US on a separate ticket, all business/First, will I be allowed a 24 hr twov, or do I need to apply for a visa?
