Apart from the pull of free food and booze i can't see even the vaguest attraction in this - especially as the Doha stay is book-ended by flights where (free) food and drink are the major distraction offered by the airline.
immigration, customs and security checks are procedures most would prefer to keep to a minimum.
But if you are set on doing this the smoothness of your plan might be stymied when you attempt to employ your boarding card as an entry key for the second time. As for immigration, I can see sensible scenarios which would support two entries into the country within 24H, but using the airside lounges as a canteen for a city dweller isn't one of them.
