I've got a (bad) habit of not exhaustively checking my hotel bills at checkout, so I didn't notice the "Rooms Revenue Service Charge" on my invoice from a couple of weeks ago. Looks like I was charged 5% although I did have lounge access (lounge pass).
I booked a Cosy and was upgraded within 24 hours to a Classic in the app. On the day I had another upgrade to something like "Premium Park View".
