Unfortunately, I'm giving this hotel a hard pass. The bed is like lying on concrete, and the heating system does its own thing. My last night, I couldn't turn it off, they couldn't turn it off from their end, and the room was 25 with the window open in December, and the card key removed from the front door. Absolutely miserable.

Breakfast was NOT included in my rate. Didn't care, but saw a post upthread saying it was.

Went to IC Lisbon with a comfy bed, heat and air that work and club access for a lowly platinum.
