I already have an email to the hotel staffs but their willingness to answer is similar to wishing you a nice day in the supermarket during Friday shopping, purely mechanical and dismissive.
They are obviously very busy to answer anything.
NUA's not accepted, but they gave me a bigger regular room with access to the lounge

That's why in Dubai there is no point in experimenting with new hotels, but choosing those that treat 'Bonvoy' program members nicely
